A challenging trading time and fierce competition from online shopping means that retailers have to look at new ways of attracting, keeping and engaging with consumers. Independent retailers, high street chains and shopping centres have to be innovative and creative if they are to survive and compete in the new retail landscape. Consumers need to be given an incentive to visit the high street. They are looking for an experience that gives them something extra and makes them feel special and valued.
In response to this I have collaborated with style consultant, Laraine Robathan-Field, to create the concept of ‘Only on the High Street’. We know, from first-hand experience, what consumers are looking for and we have put together a comprehensive programme of fashion based, personalised shopping experiences to help retailers and shopping centres win back the consumer and revive the high street as a shopping destination. We can help retailers and centres raise their profiles, connect with customers and drive sales.
Engaging the consumer
Our events embrace the digital world and complement online presence whilst at the same time provide the consumer with a unique, feel good experience that they can only find by visiting the high street. Only on the High Street aims to:
